Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
